A wonderful afternoon: Munich Coaching Fishbowl!
It’s a good thing Meyler Campbell’s CEO and Founder, Catherine Devitt and Anne Scoular, didn’t know how many people were waiting for them in the Allianz auditorium in Munich this month, when (in a very un-Germanic way) their train from the airport broke down. Fortunately a rescue train arrived after half an hour and they were on their way again.
To the relief of the organisers, who did know the number – the remarkable ‘Munichteers’ (Meyler Campbell’s Munich Alumni Ariane von Boch, Barbara Kearney, Emilio Galli-Zugaro and Andreas Kleinschmidt) had assembled 170 people for the afternoon’s Fishbowl and networking event! Cue large sighs of relief when Catherine and Anne arrived.
It was a wonderful afternoon, thanks to the brave and generous Fish Klaus Ewerth, and an extraordinarily engaged audience – the Q&A ran for over an hour and showed no sign of letting up when we had to move on to the next stage of the evening’s proceedings. Which was dinner with just the Alumni, and finally a very happy celebration breakfast the following morning.
Warm thanks and congratulations to the fab Munichteers for their detailed planning, generous hospitality, and bringing together a high-powered yet delightful audience from all parts of German business.
Here’s to more.
