Lizzie Cho

Lizzie Cho has been CEO for over 10 years of a social cohesion charity that focuses on human development through providing education, responsive support, and building powerful personal connection. She is an experienced coach, a committed social champion, and a strategic advisor who relentlessly drives change.

Lizzie works through creative thinking partnerships that lead to overcoming obstacles and achieving success with warmth, compassion, and challenge. Drawing on her academic background in pedagogy, linguistics, psychology, and neuroscience, her experience of leadership, board roles, and having lived and worked in seven countries, she creates space to elevate her clients' thinking and performance.

Lizzie has special interests in Social Equity and Diversity and Inclusion, on which she is published. She has conceptualised and delivered a series of successful and impactful programmes centred around social equity. This includes robust conversations at the C-Suite level – aimed at meaningful change.

Having built a brilliant and diverse team that doubled the income of her organisation and tripled its reach during her tenure as CEO, she founded TEDx Ladbroke Grove and successfully developed several other organisations. Since graduating from Meyler Campbell Mastered in 2018, Lizzie has coached and advised leaders, entrepreneurs, and senior executives. She has delivered transformational workshops and professional development in coaching internationally at firms with a global footprint.

With a strong ability to build networks and relationships across boundaries, Lizzie connects worlds to grow people and organisations in ways congruent with a positive future for people and the planet.
