Meyler Campbell News and Announcements

Earlier this month, Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) focused on Anxiety. The Mental Health Foundation's aim was to increase people's awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent anxiety from becoming a problem.

Even though MHAW week is over let us keep in mind that the anxious feelings our friends, colleagues, family, acquaintances experience will continue. The resources Meyler Campbell shared during MHAW week only touched the surface of the useful content that has been created for those who suffer anxiety and for those who will be working with people who are anxious.  As coaches and leaders let us keep the conversation going, acknowledge how we can help, offer kindness to those around us, and provide support where possible.

We provided a round-up of the resources we shared during Mental Health Awareness Week on the Meyler Campbell Connected platform - please do share your own useful resources with the Meyler Campbell community here
