Camilla is a highly experienced coach who specialises in working with board level executives and senior management in Asia.
Her clients are predominantly multinationals in the finance, professional services, IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, luxury goods, and leisure industries.
In her coaching engagements, Camilla addresses both the emotional and intellectual aspects of good leadership. The former includes building relationships, engaging people, and developing cultural flexibility. The latter includes the articulation and implementation of strategy, problem-solving, and managing transitions, either into new roles or to change gear within an existing role in order to manage business change and growth.
Camilla offers a deep understanding of doing business in the region, having lived in Asia for nearly 30 years and worked as a senior manager for Reuters in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. She has been coaching full time for over a decade and is accredited with several leading coaching institutions in the US, including the Alliance for Strategic Leadership.
Camilla holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. Her Master's thesis focused on the experience of senior executives as they transition into new roles. She also holds a MBA from INSEAD and an MA from Oxford University. She was awarded scholarships at both institutions.
