Guy Ashton

Guy brings a remarkable combination of long and successful front-line leadership experience in complex global organisations, strong financial expertise, masters-level studies in psychology, a history in training and education, and a deep commitment to the power and impact of coaching. 

Over the course of his career, Guy has held leadership roles in small and medium-sized training and coaching businesses, as well as 29 years’ financial services experience of which 19 were in investment banking. He successfully managed businesses, teams and departments in Europe, Asia and globally. The common thread in his work was leading, managing and coaching talented, client-facing professionals whilst dealing with growth, restructuring, outsourcing, acquisition, disposals, technology investment, multiple objectives and disparate stakeholders.

Guy qualified as an Executive Coach with Meyler Campbell in 2015, and has been a member of its teaching faculty since 2017. He is a certified MBTI and Hogan practitioner. His is accredited by the Association for Coaching and also qualified as a Coaching Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2022. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial, Organisational & Business Psychology from University College London (2016) and a BSc(Econ) from the London School of Economics (1985). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (1989).
