Jenni is a founding partner at Altair Advisory LLP, advisors to the C-suite across the FTSE 100 and large multinationals. She also works with start-ups and scale-ups, helping senior leaders and their teams to solve their gnarliest problems, fully embrace opportunities and to create dynamic and inclusive communities across boundaries.
In her wider professional life, Jenni is a leading expert in people, culture and change, and author of Leading for Organisational Change: Building Purpose, Motivation and Belonging (Wiley, 2019). She was listed on the Financial Times 2019 list of Top 100 Influential Women in Engineering in UK and Europe, and is a published poet.
A lawyer by background, Jenni has spent twenty years designing and delivering strategy, leading change and using coaching to unlock potential across the world’s largest professional service firms. She was formerly CPO at Advent International, and prior to that at Arup. She is a non-executive director at Cripps LLP and at Westminster Abbey.
As a coach, Jenni’s style is dynamic and intregrative, and she particularly loves working in the context of transformational change. She unites fierce intellect, big heart, and sleeves-up pragmatism to deliver lasting results.
