We are incredibly grateful to have had Catherine as our ‘chief honcho’ for the last seven years and we wish her all the luck in the future.

“It has been an absolute privilege to lead Meyler Campbell and it’s wonderful team, faculty and community for the last 7 years and now it is time for someone with a fresh vision to step in and lead us through our next phase of development” stated Catherine.

Those of you who have been members of the Meyler Campbell community since before the onset of Covid 19 may recall that at the end of 2019 I announced my intention to step down as CEO in the summer of 2020. As John Lennon would have it, life is what happens when you are making other plans and so it proved when with the onset of the pandemic everything changed, including my plans.

In the two years since then we have been busy and it has been my privilege to lead Meyler Campbell through a successful transition to virtual and hybrid learning which has enabled us to broaden access to our programmes and to expand our CPD offerings greatly. In that period we also: developed and launched Connected+; developed Unlimited (our new Team Coaching Development Programme); expanded our Faculty and our team; delivered pro bono coaching to 100’s of health workers through our Coaching the NHS scheme; saw our biggest graduating class in our history; and finally, we managed the business through a successful change of ownership.

And now the time has come to dust down and enact my original plan and I will step down as CEO in March 2023……and this time I really am serious!

Today I am asking for your help to find my successor. I believe strongly that the wealth of talent and ability within the Meyler Campbell alumni mean that the next CEO is very likely to come from within our community or from across our rich and diverse networks. You may already know our next CEO – indeed it could be you or someone you know who would be a perfect fit for the role. In either case may I ask you to please get in touch with us or to recommend the role to your network or to a specific individual you have in mind.

The role of CEO at Meyler Campbell is a stretching and rewarding one with buckets of opportunities for a candidate with the vision and foresight to grasp them and to lead Meyler Campbell through its next phase of development.

If you, or someone you know, would like to know more then please drop a line to CEO@meylercampbell.com for more information and to arrange a confidential, exploratory conversation.

Thank you in advance for your help and consideration. I am very much looking forward to meeting our next CEO.

Warmly,

Catherine
